1. Newsletter signup form

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your full name, email address and location.

• Why: to send you newsletter updates and relevant information based on your location.
• Data processor: Mailchimp, our email service provider.
• Retention period: 12 months from the subscription date. After that we delete your data unless you remain an active subscriber.
• Your rights: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

2. Cookies

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It uses cookies to collect information such as:

• pages you visit
• how long you stay on a page
• links you click
• device type and browser
• approximate location (city or region level only)

Cookie duration: up to 2 years. Why: to improve our website, understand traffic patterns and optimise content.

• this may include watch history, click behaviour and device information
